We can WIN in Ottawa Centre but we need your help in the crucial home stretch.

You’re invited to a Home-Stretch Rally at the Campaign Office on Wednesday, January 18 at 6:30 p.m. All the media will also be invited – we want to get the word out to Ottawa Centre residents that their vote for the Green Party can be the winning vote!

This is our final organized event of the campaign (other than the victory party!), and your attendance is critical to making it a success.

What: Home-Stretch Rally
When: Wednesday, January 18, 6:30 – 7:00 p.m.
Where: Ottawa Centre Campaign Office, 615 Bank Street (just south of the Queensway)
Why: Get an update on the campaign, hear why the Green Party’s chances are so good in Ottawa Centre and show your support!

Following the rally, any interested supporters can take part in some door to door canvassing in small teams – but this is purely optional.

With only a week to go until the election, the Green Party campaign is really gathering momentum in Ottawa Centre. Lawn sign requests are up substantially over the 2004 election and our canvassers are reporting an enthusiastic reception at the door from residents. Visits to the web site are also strong. A new “Dare to Vote Green” flyer is being mailed to 25,000 addresses in the best polls this week.
