Carleton Mississippi Mills EDA AGM

1:30pm on Sunday, April 30, 2006 

The Carleton-Mississippi Mills Federal Green Party Association (C-MM FGPA) will hold their annual general meeting (AGM) at the Carp Fairground on Sunday April 30, from 1:30 to 4:30 PM. Attendance is open to the public, however only association members will be allowed to vote. Agenda items for the first two hours include:

  • Financial report by Colin Griffiths, Financial Agent for the association.
  • Financial report by Rick Lorenz, Official Agent for Jake Cole during the last election.
  • Description of recent amendments to the association’s constitution.
  • Election of the new executive.

Following the election, there will be a panel discussion from 3:30 to 4:30 PM. The panel will talk about lessons learned from the last election campaign. Panelists will include:

  • Jake Cole, past GPC candidate for Carleton-Mississippi Mills.
  • Sarah Samplonius, past GPC candidate for Ottawa-Orleans, and current candidate for the councilor position representing Kanata North.
  • David Chernochenko, past GPC candidate for Ottawa-Centre, deputy leader of the GPC, and current candidate for leadership of the GPC.
