If you haven’t had a chance to check it out – take a read of Elizabeth May’s new book: Losing Confidence – Power, Politics and the Crisis in Canadian Democracy – it really does very clearly outline why we need different thinking in the House! It is time to apply the famous insight from Albert Einstein, “Problems cannot be solved at the same level of awareness that created them.” We need new thinking, new awareness in the House of Commons!  It is with this belief and in this spirit I am excited to run for the nomination again in Ottawa Centre.  I remain clear that this community is a dynamic, lively, engaged and engaging place to live, work and play and I am excited about serving this community once again!
