Bill Kemp is an engineer who specializes in the design of control systems for hydroelectric utilities globally. He lives just outside of Ottawa completely off the grid without sacrificing comfort. He will be available this Saturday to sign books, answer questions and engage in discussion with those who among other things, are curious about innovative ideas in conservation.
